Before then, a smartphone prototype was discovered in the online Geekbench database, which had an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU.
The Prime core’s maximum speed, previously reserved for Samsung’s “Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy” device, is 3.36 GHz. Well, it looks not anymore. As you can see, the prototype Mix Fold 3 achieved 2,071 single-core and 5,419 multi-core scores.

Unsurprisingly, the abovementioned smartphone ran Android 13 and featured 16GB of RAM. Versions with various memory capacities could be available. The Mix Fold 3 is rumored to have a 4,800 mAh battery with 67W wired and 50W wireless charging support, an 8.02″ inner screen with “2K” resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, a 6.5″ FHD+ outer screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, and an under-display selfie camera on the inner screen.
A quad camera system featuring a 50 MP primary camera, a telephoto camera, an ultrawide camera, and a periscope zoom camera will be on the back. The thinnest horizontal foldable yet will be the Mix Fold 3.
