In mid-July, Xiaomi plans to release three new flagship phones in China. These are the Mix Fold 4, Mix Flip, and Redmi K70 Ultra. The company has already shown the design of the Redmi K70 Ultra. Teasers for Xiaomi’s next-generation foldable phones will come out this week. Meanwhile, tipster Panda is Bald has shared the color options and other details about the Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, Mix Flip Color Options
According to the tech blogger, the Mix Fold 4 will come in white, black, blue, and black Kevlar. The Xiaomi Mix Flip will be available in white, purple, black, and a purple splicing design. Both models will have a top configuration with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
Xiaomi has not yet confirmed the launch date. However, another Weibo post from the leaker hints at a July 19 event. Besides the mentioned devices, new smartwatches, fitness bands, and headphones will also be unveiled.
Other reports state that Mix Fold 4 and Mix Flip will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip and support 67W flash charging. The Mix Fold 4 will feature two-way satellite communication and an IPX8 waterproof rating. It will also support wireless charging.
The Mix Flip will have a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Thus, its battery life will be similar to other flagship phones. The Mix Flip will support Leica imaging for better photography. It will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 60-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS. It will also have a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 60-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom, and a 10-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
