Xiaomi 90W GaN charger set has launched in China for 199 yuan ($28). Xiaomi has unveiled its newest 90W charger set, which can be purchased on its official website for just 199 Yuan ($28). The charger set is the same design as the one included as a free accessory with the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
The Xiaomi 90W charger set has a built-in intelligent identification chip and a 100cm Type-C original data connection. With this chip’s help, the charger can automatically alter output power to meet the demands of various devices.

The maximum output for this charger, which measures 55.9 x 49.3 x 28mm, is 90W at 20V 4.5A. Testing by “Charging Head Network” has shown that this adaptable charger is compatible with various charging standards, including QC3.0, PD 3.0, DCP, and Xiaomi’s proprietary 90W fast charging standard.
The charger supports PD 3.0 rapid charging and provides three private PPS voltage settings and four fixed voltage levels, guaranteeing compatibility with various devices. Third-generation GaN (Gallium Nitride) semiconductor material incorporated into the charger’s architecture, which helps to explain its small size, lightweight, and remarkable heat conduction efficiency.
Since Xiaomi takes safety seriously, the 90W charger contains several protective systems, including over-voltage, over-temperature, over-current, short-circuit, and electrostatic protection. The charger also has a sophisticated temperature management system, a fire- and high-temperature-resistant exterior shell, and other safety features.
