Vivo is gearing up to launch a new Y-series smartphone. The Vivo Y28s 5G has recently surfaced on the Google Play Console certification site with model number V2346. This listing confirms the phone’s moniker.
Previously, the Vivo Y28s 5G appeared on Geekbench, BIS, and CQC. The latest sighting gives us a closer look at the upcoming smartphone.
Vivo Y28s 5G Google Play Console Listing
According to the Google Play Console certification, the Vivo Y28s 5G features a center-aligned punch-hole display and thick bezels. The back panel sports a rectangular camera island with curved corners. The smartphone is available in a Pink color option with a gradient design.
The Vivo Y28s 5G is listed with a MediaTek MT6835 system on a chip. It includes two A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and six A55 cores at 2GHz, alongside a Mali G57 GPU. This setup indicates the phone will use a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. The upcoming device will have 4GB RAM, with possibly more options at launch. It will run on Android 14 OS.
