In January this year, Vivo revealed the Y28 (5G) smartphone in India. Now, they’re developing a 4G version. It’s been seen on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification site. Last month, a similar model also appeared on the Bluetooth SIG and Indonesia Telecom certification sites.
Vivo Y28 FCC listings
The FCC website lists the Vivo Y28 (4G) as V2352. It shows the smartphone will have a 6,000mAh battery, but the actual minimum capacity is 5,870mAh, with the battery model number BA45.
The FCC certification also indicates that the Vivo Y28 (4G) was tested with a charger labeled V4440L0A0-US, suggesting 44W fast charging support. Its firmware version, PD2365F_EX_A_14.0.5.3.W30, suggests it will run on Android 14 OS and support WiFi, Bluetooth, and LTE.
