Vivo T2x Launched with Dimensity 1300 SoC, 6000mAh Battery. On Wednesday, Vivo was rumored to launch the Vivo T2x on June 6th but it seems the mystery is finally resolved as the smartphone is launched in greater China today.

Vivo has officially released their Chinese e-commerce platform with their new Vivo T2X phone to start shipping on June 12th. The Vivo T2x, powered by the newly released MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300 SoC, features TSMC’s 6nm node to deliver exceptional power efficiency while still providing high performance for casual mobile gaming.

The processor is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 Enhanced storage. With a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display, the Vivo T2x can go up to 144Hz. This screen has a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and DC Dimming, and the four-color (RGB) depth coverage is over DCI-P3.

There is also a peak brightness of 650 nits, with dim levels as low as 1 nit. With a high-capacity battery and support for quick wireless charging, the Vivo T2x is able to deliver up to 20 hours of usage on moderate brightness. Paired with Vivo’s Wired 44W FlashCharge, it has the power to charge from 0% to 50% in less than 35 minutes.

The device also supports 6W reverse wired charging for other devices like your USB-C wireless earphones. Featuring a dual-lens setup and supporting that with a Z or X-axis motor, the Vivo T2x camera can offer a flagship-like experience.

The T2x has a matte finish on its surface with some color options like Mist Blue and Mirror Black. By pre-ordering early with a 1599RMB promo, this is 19% lower than the retail price of the 8GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 256GB is being sold for 1799RMB which is 27% lower than the retail price.
