Vivo S19 and Vivo S19 Pro detailed specifications leaked
Vivo is set to launch its new S series smartphones, the S19 and S19 Pro, on May 30. Official details remain unknown, but a recent leak from insider Digital Chat Station (DCS) has revealed key specifications for both phones.
Vivo S19 specifications
The vanilla S19 will have a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor will power the device. It comes with a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging.
The S19 features a straightforward camera system. It has a 50MP GNJ 1/1.56-inch main sensor with OIS for better low-light photos. An 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a “soft light ring” flash improve close-up shots.
The device also includes infrared sensors, NFC for contactless payments, and IP64 dust and water resistance.
Vivo S19 Pro specifications
The S19 Pro features a curved panel with the same display size and resolution as the standard model. It prioritizes performance, using the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor
The S19 Pro will come with a smaller 5500mAh battery but still support 80W fast charging. Its camera system includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP IMX816 sensor with OIS for telephoto shots.
The telephoto lens supports 50x digital zoom. The S19 Pro also features a soft light ring on the back.
For durability, the S19 Pro boasts IP68 and IP69 ratings. It is resistant to water submersion, high pressure, and high-temperature water jets.
