The overall style of Origin OS Ocean is simpler, more vivid, and more interesting than before, bringing an even more streamlined look. Functions such as photos, payments, and trip reminders are more prominently shown on the lock screen, surrounded by the fingerprint icon – this is aimed to show users that they can quickly access such important features straight from the fingerprint sensor after unlocking.
As before, Origin OS is likely to stay confined to Vivo’s phones for the Chinese market. Internal testing is currently ongoing for the X70 Pro+, X70 Pro, X70, X60 Pro+, X60t Pro+, X60 Pro, X60 Curved Screen Edition, S10 Pro, S10, S9, iQOO 8 Pro, iQOO 8, and iQOO 7.
