Now, compact smartphones are rare because smartphone companies are moving away from the compact flagship. In 2020 we saw a smaller but powerful handset iPhone 12 mini from Apple.
Now, a leak comes out about a Premium compact smartphone of Sony. According to info from OnLeaks, Sony is about to deliver a compact smartphone and it may well be a member of the premium Compact line.
Another Japanese source claimed that this smartphone will not be a lineup. Actually, it may be a Snapdragon 480 powered smartphone.
The images reveal a small device with some of the original design elements we’ve seen in previous Xperia devices. Like the as- tall screen, dedicated camera button, vertical cam setup. However, it looks like it won’t survive the waterdrop notch plague for selfie cameras. But Other manufacturers have sincerely adopted the infamous solution. Sony was reluctant to introduce it and only brought in the Xperia L4.
This phone may have a 5.5″ mini display. There will be a dual camera setup with an LED flash. Given that this phone has a 3.5 mm audio jack, it could very well be aimed at users on a budget rather than those looking for a compact Android flagship.
