Samsung W23 5G will be revealed on October 21. In October 2017, Samsung released the W22 5G; on October 21 at 7 PM local time in China, its successor, the W23 5G, will be revealed. Not much is known about the W23 5G at this time.
Still, given that the W22 5G was a Galaxy Z Fold3 5G variant explicitly designed for the Chinese market, it seems likely that the W23 5G will be a Galaxy Z Fold4 variant tailored to the needs of the biggest smartphone market in the world.

According to an online graphic, Samsung will also release the W23 Flip, presumably a Chinese-specific variation of the Galaxy Z Flip4. China Telecom will distribute both the W23 5G and W23 Flip. As of next Friday, we should have a better idea of when and where to find the W23 lineup and how much it will cost.
