The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 that was benchmarked is model number SM-F936U, which is the US version. The device has Android 12 installed and has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip at the helm with 12GB RAM. We believe there will be no models of Galaxy Fold3 released with 16GB RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold4 is rumored to have a larger SRAM capacity but should maintain the same weight and battery size as the folds. It’s also said that it will have a more seamless crease and look smoother than the Fold3’s foldable screen.
