Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23+ to have the same telephoto camera. Rumor has it that the Galaxy S23 and S23+ will include front-facing cameras with enhanced performance while their rear-facing camera’s performance remains unchanged.
I can now make a personal prediction that the standard and extended versions of the following two Galaxy models will use the exact 10 MP resolution for their telephoto camera as this year’s models. It might be similar to what has been said before, with Samsung’s dual-camera setups being 3x magnified.

We don’t know what the situation will be for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, but the non-Ultra S flagships are set to stay with the same (or a very similar setup) for another year. We’re only in early development for these models, so even if this information is accurate,
Samsung could still change its plans and release different ones before launching. There have been many upgrades to the S23 and S23+ in 2022, but we are hoping for improvements we haven’t seen before with the release of the 2023 calendar.
