Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series (Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra) receive April 2023 security update in the US. With the latest security patch released in April 2023, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note, 20 Ultra customers in the United States may take advantage of additional protections.

Over 60 security improvements are included in firmware version N98xU1UES4HWC9, making the phones more resistant to hacking attempts. Unlocked models of Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra now have access to the upgrade, but carrier-locked phones have yet to get the update.
