Samsung Galaxy A55 5G spotted on NBTC, another step closer to launch

We’ve been hearing about the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G for a while. Now, it’s closer to launching because Thailand’s NBTC has certified it.

The Galaxy A55 5G is certified by NBTC with model number SM-A556E/DS. “DS” means it can support two SIM cards. The Thai authority didn’t share more details. But the same model also got certified by the FCC. It confirms that the phone supports fast 25W charging.

Another model of the Galaxy A55 5G with model number SM-A556B, was found on Geekbench. It has an Exynos 1480 chip and 8GB RAM. We’ve seen pictures of the Samsung Galaxy A55 in different colors: Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lilac, and Awesome Navy.
