Samsung Galaxy A23 5G launches with 5.8″ LCD and IP68 rating in Japan. Earlier this year, Samsung released the Galaxy A23 5G in the United States and Europe. Today, Samsung has released a new model for the Japanese market with a more compact display, MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, and IP68 certification.
A 5 MP front-facing camera is housed in a waterdrop notch in the 5.8-inch TFT LCD of the Japanese Galaxy A23 5G. The primary camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels, and the fingerprint scanner/power button is on the side.

The phone has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space, which can be expanded using the included microSD card slot. The chipset is made by MediaTek and is called the Dimensity 700. Battery capacity is 4,000 mAh, and 15W charging is supported; the operating system is Android 12 with One UI 4.1.
There’s a Nano-SIM card slot, near-field communication, and a headphone jack on this phone. The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G, available only in Japan, is available in black, red, and white for JPY 32,800 (about $231).
