Samsung announces Galaxy S23 pre-order and benefits. Samsung is expected to hike European Galaxy S23 pricing compared to last year’s S22 models. Discounts will cushion the impact. Even though the Samsung UK Business webpage shows the S22 phones, someone altered the small print with S23 pre-order information.
Since this is the business site, #4’s 10% discount probably doesn’t apply. Individual reductions may be comparable. #6 is intriguing: the Galaxy S23 series will provide a free memory upgrade to the following tier.

The Galaxy S22+ and S22 Ultra will increase their primary storage from 128GB to 256 GB. Another year of 128GB for the Galaxy S23. The fine print has yet to reflect any extra deals. From the dates, Samsung will pre-order through February 16. As usual, sales begin on the first Friday, two weeks following the announcement.
