Redmi 11 Prime 5G

Out of the three smartphones, this one has the most muscle. It has a Dimensity 700 processor and either 4 or 64 gigabytes of RAM. A third option, 4/128 GB, is shown on the Xiaomi website but is not currently available to purchase. There’s a 6.58-inch LCD screen up front, capable of Full HD+ resolution and 90 frames per second refresh rate.

The 5 MP f/2.2 camera may be found in the waterdrop notch. The primary camera on the Redmi 11 Prime 5G is 50 megapixels and has an aperture of f/1.8, while the secondary camera is 2 megapixels and has an aperture of f/2.4. MIUI 13, based on Android 12, is pre-installed on Xiaomi’s Redmi devices. The included charger is rated for 22.5W.

However, the battery is only 18W rapid charge capable. A fingerprint scanner is located on the device’s side, while other features include a microSD card slot, a 3.5 mm headphone connector, FM radio, and a lengthy tray for two SIM cards.

Thunder Black, Chrome Silver, and Meadow Green are the available colors for the Redmi 11 Prime 5G. On September 9, they will go on sale for the first time, with pricing starting at either INR12,999 ($160) or INR14,999 ($185), respectively, for the two available storage sizes.

Redmi 11 Prime

The Redmi 11 Prime was also announced at the event. However, it has not yet gone on sale to the general public. The Helio G99 chipset was one of the characteristics touted by the company’s representatives. The phone has a 6.58-inch LCD with a 90 Hz refresh rate, FullHD+ resolution, and a waterdrop notch, much like its 5G brother.

Additionally, the screen is shielded from damage by a layer of Gorilla Glass. A “50 MP triple camera system” is all that is said about the three cameras on the rear. Considering the Prime name, we may presume the secondary cameras, the depth, and the macro cams each have a 2 MP sensor.

The primary camera has a resolution of 50 MP. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel one. Redmi has a 22.5W charger with a 5,000 mAh battery, while the Prime can only charge at a maximum of 18W. An infrared blaster, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 3.5 mm audio connector are all included.

Although they promised the Redmi 11 Prime would be available “soon,” Xiaomi did not specify when exactly that would be. Redmi India’s Twitter page did disclose the pricing, which is INR12,999 for 4/64 GB and INR14,999 for 6/128 GB. The color possibilities are black, green, and purple, with the last two featuring a sophisticated diamond-shaped pattern.

Redmi A1

Today, a word about this purported smartphone emerged online; it has now been verified as authentic. The official motto is “Life banao A1,” which translates to “Make Life A1,” The moniker Redmi A1 has nothing to do with the Xiaomi Mi A1, yet it retains its connection to high quality.

Many people would see the Redmi A1 as more high-end because of the leather-like texture on its back, even though it is a plastic back. Helio A22 processor with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. An additional 512 GB may be added through the microSD card slot.

The front display is a 6.52-inch LCD with a 720p resolution, a tall 20:9 aspect ratio, and support for a touch-sampling rate of 120 hertz. The two rear cameras are reminiscent of the ones seen on the flagship Xiaomi 12. The primary camera has 8 megapixels, but the secondary only has 2.

Selfies may be captured via a 5-megapixel camera. The Redmi A1 sports the same powerful 5,000 mAh battery as its more expensive relatives. It’s disheartening that a smartphone released in the second half of 2022 still relies on a tiny USB connector on the bottom for charging.

The Redmi A1 is an Android device running the latest version (Android 12) without the custom MIUI skin. The Redmi A1 costs INR6,499, which is equivalent to roughly $80. On September 9, the phone will be available for the first time in a limited-time flash sale in your choice of black, blue, or green.
