Realme GT Neo3 pops up on Geekbench with 12GB RAM
Realme GT Neo3 pops up on Geekbench with 12GB RAM. The Realme GT Neo3 coming in the second quarter of 2022 is available on Geekbench already, along with its primary specifications. This GT Neo3 is said to include two models – RMX3560 and RMX3562.
Geekbench has tested the latter. The RMX3562 runs Android 12 (likely with Realme UI 3.0 as the top layer) and has 12GB of RAM. Octa-core CPU power it with four cores running at speeds up to 2GHz, and four cores clocked to 2.85GHz.
This is the Density 8100 SoC that was announced earlier in the week. Realme has already confirmed that GT Neo3 will come with GT Neo3 powered by the Density 8100 SoC and will come with an internal battery that can be charged around 150W.

The new brand hasn’t revealed information regarding its GT Neo3. Still, thanks to TENAA, which we have, we know that the phone will feature a 6.7″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen with an under-screen fingerprint reader and a selfie camera with 16MP and triple on the rear, which includes 50MP, 8MP, and 2MP cameras.
The GT Neo3 was listed on TENAA with two RAM (8GB/12GB) and three storage (128GB/256GB/512GB) options. However, the RMX3560 and RMX3562 will come with different batteries and charging speed capacities.
The former has a 4,500 mAh battery and 150W charging, and the latter will include a 5,000-mAh cell and 80W charging. This RMX3560 is also thought to include a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. But, this information hasn’t been confirmed yet as the model isn’t yet on Geekbench and AnTuTu.
