What is, in your opinion, the optimal battery life for a phone? Where do you draw the line when looking to balance phone size and endurance?
In my opinion, there are three distinct components to battery life. Three factors—battery capacity, charging time, and software optimizations—contribute to optimal performance. From customer feedback, we know that most people are looking for a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W or higher charging capabilities.
The Realme 10 is the world’s thinnest smartphone, yet still packs a 5,000mAh battery. People expect smartphones to endure for at least 8 hours, preferably 12 hours, even while being used intensively. They’re not only thinking about how long it will take to use the phone before the battery dies but also how long it will take to charge it. We’ve ensured that the Realme 10 has a full day of battery life, even when used for gaming, and that it can be charged to 50% in only 28 minutes.
Since you touched on the camera – the Realme 10’s main camera sounds like a downgrade compared to the Realme 9, what’s your take on that?
A 50MP dual camera can found in the rear, while a 16MP front-facing camera also included. On the other hand, we’ve put in a lot of work to improve the output and functionality of the 50MP primary camera. We expect similar outcomes to those captured by the Realme 9’s 108MP camera. The result was a complete product we could sell at the same price.
With Apple giving up on the mini can we officially pronounce the compact phone dead? Do you see screen sizes stabilizing between 6 and 7 inches as people can’t comfortably hold larger devices?
Since Apple has its market and approach, I will refrain from making any remarks about its business plan. People, in my opinion, want a phone with a screen size of 6 inches or more. The reason is, once again, heavy users and multi-tasking; whether you’re using Navigation, playing a game, checking your email, or reading a book (which is becoming more popular), you need at least a 6.4-6.5 to keep up “monitor to function correctly. Therefore, I estimate that 6 “will after that be minimal because of how app infrastructure has evolved.

Our goal with the Realme 10 series is to create pricing distinction. I wouldn’t call it innovation per per; these technologies already exist. Rather, our goal is to make them accessible to a wider audience by making them more affordable.
