Poco X6 5G clears FCC launching next week
Just before its official release, the Poco X6 5G successfully clears FCC certification. Although the design and specs of the Poco X6 5G are already known, the FCC listing serves as official confirmation.
The listing confirms a 5020 mAh battery (model code: BM5V). Connectivity includes dual-band WiFi and NFC. Interestingly, the Poco X6 5G appears to have MIUI 14.0, contrary to the officially teased HyperOS for the Poco X6 Pro 5G. The smartphone’s specifications have been gathered from various leaks, public certifications, and online rumors.

The Poco X6 Series will launch in India on January 11. This series comes with the Poco X6 5G and Poco X6 Pro 5G. The latter will operate on the fresh HyperOS, Xiaomi’s UI replacement, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra processor and a stainless steel vapor cooling chamber. Leaks unveil a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 64MP OIS-enabled primary camera. It also will have a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. Recent AnTuTu benchmark results emphasize its high performance with a score of 1,464,228 points.
The Poco X6 5G, revealed in leaked unboxing videos, features a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a triple camera setup (64MP + 8MP + 2MP), and a 5,100mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14. Official renders suggest various color options for both models. Speculation surrounds the Poco M6 Pro 5G, a modified Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G version featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera.
