Poco was on the way to launch its latest entry-level smartphone Poco C61 in a few days. Now it launched officially in India. The Poco C61 is the latest device in the budget C-series and the successor of the Poco C51. It is a rebranded Redmi A3 but comes with a lower price. Check the full details below.
Poco C61 Specifications
The Poco C61 comes with a premium design. It has a flat plastic frame and a glassy back with a big round camera module.
Poco C61 features a 6.71-inch 90Hz LCD with 1650 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution with a waterdrop notch protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It sports up to 500nit brightness.
This device is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G36 SoC paired up with 4/6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64/128GB eMMC 5.1 storage which is also expandable via the microSD card slot. It will run on Android 14.
On the back, it sports a dual camera setup on a circular island- an 8MP main camera and a 0.08MP secondary sensor. On the front, it has a 5MP selfie camera.
A 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging boasts it. The other features and connectivity options are dual SIM, 4G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, side-mounted fingerprint scanner,3.5mm headphone jack, and GNSS.
Pricing and color options
The Poco C61 is available in three colors: Diamond Dust Black, Ethereal Blue, and Mystical Green. It costs INR 7,499 ($90) for the 4/64GB model and INR 8,499 ($102) for the 6/128GB model. You can buy it starting March 28 at 12 PM.
