Oppo has confirmed the international launch of the Reno12 series later this month. Today, the global Reno12 Pro model appeared in Europe, featuring a different chipset compared to the Chinese version.
In addition, Oppo will launch the Reno12 F internationally, offering two versions – a 4G-only model and a 5G model. Here’s a breakdown of their specs.
The Reno12 F 4G will be powered by the Snapdragon 680, while the 5G variant will use the Dimensity 6300 chipset. Both models will feature a 50 MP main camera with the OmniVision OV50D sensor, accompanied by an 8 MP ultrawide camera and a 2 MP decorative sensor, likely for depth or macro purposes.
For selfies, the Reno12 F will have a 32 MP camera with Sony’s IMX615 sensor. Both devices will include an LED ring around one of the rear cameras. Unfortunately, the 4G model will lack NFC, though it’s unclear if the 5G model will also lack this feature.
The launch price for the Reno12 F 4G in Southeast Asia is rumored to be at least $300. The devices will be available in three colors: green, orange, and gray.
