OnePlus 8 series receives OxygenOS 13.1.0.581 in India on July 2023. Two of OnePlus’ older generation flagship smartphone models are now receiving the latest OyxgenOS upgrade, which has just started to roll out.
These new OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro models are also included and are now receiving incremental updates. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer initially introduced the OnePlus 8 series in April 2020. And now, OxygenOS 13.1.0.581 is being distributed to the two smartphones.

The July 2023 security patch is included in this minor upgrade, making the older phones more secure and bringing about a few minor enhancements. Stability has been improved, and the update “expands the compatibility of the NFC function.”
It appears that the update is now only being made available in the Indian market. Additionally, the business recommended that customers launch the Google Dialer and enter “*#800#” if they encounter glitches or other problems.
Following this, OnePlus 8 owners will discover a menu that allows them to report any issues. Speaking of these devices, they were equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and pre-installed with OxygenOS 10, an Android 10-based operating system.
