HMD India recently announced a new model of Nokia G42 with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage (plus 2GB virtual RAM) for India. They’ve now launched it in the market on March 8, 2024, coinciding with International Women’s Day, as they promised. Nokia G42 features a 6.56” IPS LCD, 720 x 1612 pixels Display with 90Hz refresh rate. It measures 165 x 75.8 x 8.6 mm in dimension and weighs 193.8 g.
The G42 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ 5G (8 nm) Chipset and paired up with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB Internal storage. It runs on Android 13.
On the rear camera, it has a triple camera setup- 50MP(Main, Wide) + 2MP(Macro) + 2MP(Depth). On the front, it features an 8MP selfie camera.

Shortly after, they introduced a new version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage in a vibrant Pink color. Now it is the 4GB/128GB variant. It comes in three colors- So Pink, So Purple, and So Grey.
