A new leak reveals different Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 specifications. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (SD8550), according to a June rumour from credible source Digital Chat Station, would include a 1+2+2+3 CPU design, with one Cortex-X3, two Cortex-A720, two Cortex-A710, and three Cortex-A510 cores.
Nonetheless, recently disclosed details suggest other parameters. Ice world, another credible source, claims that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will include two Cortex-A715 cores instead of Cortex-A720 cores. We expect the Cortex-X3 to peak at 3.2GHz, while the Cortex-A510 will top at 2GHz.
