iQOO Z7 5G launched with 64MP OIS camera, and Dimensity 920 chipset. The vivo iQOO Z7 5G is official and is going on sale as an Indian exclusive on March 21. The iQOO Z7 has a 6.38-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, and an advertised 1300 nit peak brightness. There’s a fingerprint scanner under the display – another highlight for the price category.
The iQOO Z7 brings a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset, the fastest in this price segment, topping over 485k on AnTuTu. You can bundle the Dimensity chip with 6GB or 8GB of RAM. The iQOO Z7 claims a segment-first 64MP optically-stabilized main camera.

The other camera is a dedicated macro. The iQOO Z7 has a 5,000mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge that will return 50% in 25 minutes. The iQOO Z7 runs Funtouch OS 13, based on Android 13, and vivo has promised three years of monthly security updates and two years of Android updates. The iQOO Z7 comes in Norway Blue and Pacific.
Night at a special launch price of INR17,499 ($210) for the 6/128GB model and INR18,499 ($225) for the 8/128GB version, eligible if you are paying with select debit and credit cards from HDFC and ICICI banks. Sales begin at 1 pm on March 21 through Amazon and iQOO’s website. The regular starting price is INR 18,999 ($230).
