iQOO Z6 Key Specifications
The Chinese iQOO Z6 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ and either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. 256GB or 128GB UFS 3.1 storage options are available, but there is no microSD card slot. Looking at the front, we see a 6.64″ LCD with Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.
The panel has a peak brightness of 650 nits and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 100% color gamut. The power key contains a fingerprint scanner that is mounted to the side. At the rear, there are three cameras: a 2MP depth sensor, a 64MP primary camera with OIS and an f/1.79 lens, and a 2MP macro camera.
A waterdrop notch and an 8MP sensor are on the front-facing device. The 4,500mAh iQOO Z6 battery charges at peak 80W rates in under 10 minutes, reaching 50% capacity. With its sophisticated cooling mechanism, the phone should reduce the CPU temperature by 13 degrees.
This iQOO Z6 for the Chinese market runs Android 12 on top of Origin OS Ocean. Its prices begin at CNY 1,699 ($250), and it comes in Golden Orange, Blue, and Black hues. All significant Chinese internet stores will start selling items on September 1.

A 6nm chipset, the Dimensity 810 from MediaTek, is also included in the Z6x. This RAM is of the LPDDR4X type and is either 6GB or 8GB in size, operating at somewhat slower rates than the Z6. Storage is also a little slower since it is still 128GB or 256GB but is UFS 2.1.
The 8MP f/2.0 camera is housed in a waterdrop notch on the 6.58″ LCD screen. On the side, the fingerprint scanner doubles as the power key. At the rear, there are two cameras. The primary camera is a 50MP model with an f/1.8 lens, while the secondary is a 2 MP macro model.
The massive battery capacity of the Z6x is constrained to somewhat slower 44W charging rates. Prices begin at CNY1,199 (approximately $175), and the colors available are Blue, Black, and Orange. On September 1, the iQOO Z6x will be available.
