iQOO U5x announced with Snapdragon 680, dual camera, and 5,000 mAh battery. iQOO announced its iQOO U5 back in the month of December that comes with 5G connectivity and the Snapdragon 695 SoC. Today the company followed with an ‘x’ model that doesn’t support 5G networks, but is priced less.
The iQOO U5x, powered by its Snapdragon 680 SoC and runs Android 11.1-based OriginOS Ocean, and has two memory options: four and eight GB. It has 128GB of storage onboard, and includes a microSD slot that allows for the expansion of storage up to 1TB.

The U5x has the 6.51″ HD+ LCD with a notch that houses its 8MP self-portrait camera as well as the rear-facing panel of the device, sporting three-dimensional grids is home to an island with two cameras: two cameras – a primary 13MP and a macro 2MP. The iQOO U5x has a fingerprint scanner that is mounted on the side of the phone as well as an 3.5mm headphone jack.
Also the power source for the whole device is an 5,000 mAh battery, which is recharged via a microUSB connector at the rate of 10W.The 4GB/128GB version of iQOO U5x retails at CNY899 ($140/EUR130) as opposed to the model with 8GB/128GB capacity cost 1100 CNY ($170/EUR160). The U5x is currently on sale in China via the official website, and comes in two colors. However, the availability of other regions is not known.
