iQOO’s Neo smartphone lineup welcomes two new members: the iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro.
iQOO Neo9 and Neo9 Pro specifications
The iQOO Neo9 Pro features a 6.78″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2,800×1,260 pixels, 1,400 nits peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. Notably, it offers “wet hand control” for operation in wet or sweaty conditions. The Neo9 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 9300 SoC paired up with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM along with 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 14-based OriginOS 4. Enhanced the gaming experience is a Q1 chip ensuring a stable frame rate. For effective heat dissipation, the Neo9 Pro features a VC liquid cooling chamber of 6043mm² and a double-layer capillary power pump.
The display also includes a centered punch-hole for the 16MP selfie camera and an integrated fingerprint reader for biometric authentication. On the back, it comes with a dual camera setup- a 50MP primary (with OIS) and 50MP ultrawide. The iQOO Neo9 Pro also has a 360º antenna design for better signal reception and connectivity. A 5,160mAh battery with 120W charging support boasts this device. On the other features and connectivity, there are stereo speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
The iQOO Neo9 comes with identical specs to the pro one, without the chipset, camera, storage variants, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Neo9 will have the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC. On the rear, it features an 8MP ultrawide instead of Neo9 Pro’s 50MP sensor. It also has Bluetooth 5.3 instead of 5.4.
The iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro come in blue, black, and red-white colors. The red-white variant is bulkier (8.34mm compared to 7.9mm) and heavier (196g versus 190g) than the other two.

Pre-orders for both smartphones are now available on Vivo’s official Chinese website, and sales will kick off on December 30.
