iQOO will unveil the Neo 9 Pro smartphone on February 22, with key details already teased ahead of the official announcement. Last month marked the Chinese debut, and we anticipate that the Indian variant will mirror the same specifications. iQOO has now disclosed the RAM, storage options, and primary camera details for the upcoming device.

iQOO has confirmed that the Neo 9 Pro will come in two configurations: 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB. The 12GB variant boasts an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of 1.9 million points, thanks to its high-performance components.
The smartphone will sport a 50MP Sony IMX920 primary camera, the same as the one on the Vivo X100. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, the Neo 9 Pro will also feature a Q1 independent chip for an enhanced gaming experience. With a 144Hz refresh rate and MEMC support, the device maintains the design of its Chinese variant, available in Fiery Red and Conquer Black.
The China variant of the Neo 9 Pro boasts a 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging, a 3D heat dissipation system, and an OLED display with 1.5K resolution.
