Infinix Zero 5G officially confirmed to launch on Valentine’s Day in India. A few days ago suggested that the launch date was February 8 of Infinix Zero 5G. Infinix Zero 5G, but an official confirmation issued today alters the date. According to the new phone’s Flipkart microsite the launch date has been set to take place on Valentine’s Day (February 14, 12 noon).
The microsite also discloses that the Infinix Zero 5G will run the Mediatek Dimensity900 chip and include support for 13 bands of 5G. The benchmark score from AnTuTu has also been released with a score of 475,073. Infinix claims it is the fastest smartphone running 5G within the market. The earlier reports are based upon leaks, so it’s possible they were not completely false and that Infinix is actually delaying the release.

Whatever the case, those leaks included other specifications of the phone. The Zero 5G Infinix expected to come with LPDDR5 RAM as well as UFS 3.1 internal storage. The display expected to include an FHD+ 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh. The camera aspect of the triple lens rear setup will topped off by 48 megapixel AI main sensor. The authentication process will handled by an embedded fingerprint sensor in the Power button.
The phone will run on the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box and will have the XOS skin over it. The battery expected to be at 5,000mAh and will likely to allow fast charging up to 33W. Based on the official photos that have released, it appears that the Infinix Zero 5G will come in at minimum two colors -black and orange.
