Let me give you full details about this series’ Design and specifications.
Huawei P70 series full details
Design
The new P70 series from the Chinese tech giant showcases a “camera Deco” layout on the back. It has a triangular camera island holding the camera sensors. This design was first introduced with the Huawei P70 Pro Art model, but it’s expected to be the same for all models in the lineup. The series includes the Huawei P70, P70 Pro, P70 Pro+, and P70 Pro Art. All four phones will receive a design update compared to their predecessors.
Display
The base model will likely have a 6.59-inch LTPO OLED screen on the front. The three higher-end versions might feature a larger 6.76-inch LTPO OLED display. Chinese OLED display makers such as BOE, CSOT, Visionox, and Tianma could supply these panels. All four models are expected to have curved edges, 1.5K resolution, and a higher refresh rate. The panel is said to have a punch hole for the selfie camera and include an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Chipset
The Huawei P70 series is likely to use the Kirin 9000S chipset. However, not all models will perform the same. Recent GeekBench tests show that the ALT-AL10 and ALT-AL80 have the Kirin 9000S. However, the P70 Pro+ and P70 Pro Art, the higher-end models, might have a faster chipset. These expensive models could even have a completely new Kirin processor, given their different core structure and clock speeds. Yet, there’s a possibility they might only have upgraded versions of the Kirin 9000S.
RAM and Storage
Each of the four models will probably have at least 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. However, the P70 Pro+ and P70 Pro Art might offer up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Camera
The camera setup for photography is expected to include three cameras on the back. The main camera is a 50-megapixel OV50H sensor, which has a size of 1/1.3 inches. This sensor might also come with the P70 Pro model. However, the P70 Pro+ and P70 Pro Art will have the 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary camera with a 1-inch sensor size. Additionally, there will likely be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto shooter with 4x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the front camera may have a 13-megapixel sensor with a size of 1/2.36 inches.
Battery
The base model could have a 5,000mAh battery, but the P70 Pro might come with a bigger 5,200mAh one. The other two versions may have a 5,100mAh battery. These phones might support 88W wired fast charging. However, the regular P70 only supports up to 50W wireless fast charging, while the others have 80W wireless fast charging. Another standout feature in the P70 lineup is the satellite communication technology.
