Honor X8b launched with SDG 680 and 108MP primary camera
Honor unveiled the X8b, the newest addition to its X-series smartphone lineup. Packed with robust features for a midrange device, it boasts ample storage and a powerful 108MP main camera.
The Honor X8b features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, reaching up to 2,000 nits peak brightness. The screen includes a unique pill-shaped cutout called Magic Capsule for system and status notifications. A 50MP front-facing camera with flash enhances the device’s photography capabilities.
The Honor X8b boasts a slim 6.78mm profile and a lightweight 166-gram design, despite its expansive 6.7-inch screen. It runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and offers storage options of 128GB, 256GB, or 512 GB. The rear features a powerful camera setup with a 108MP main lens, a 5MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. Running on MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, the device is fueled by a 4,500mAh battery supporting 35W charging.
The Honor X8b is available in Glamorous Green, Titanium Silver, and Midnight Black. In Malaysia, it starts at MYR 999 ($213) for the 8/128GB version. In Saudi Arabia, it’s listed at SAR 799 ($213).
