Honor Magic6 series camera details and battery size reveals ahead of launch

Honor is set to reveal Magic OS 8.0 and the Magic 6 series during a two-day launch event in China on Jan. 10. Rumors circulating on Weibo have spilled the beans on the camera specifications and battery sizes of the upcoming Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro.
The latest leak reveals that the Honor Magic 6 and Magic 6 Pro will sport a rear camera arrangement, including a 50MP OmniVision OV50H main camera and a 50MP OV50M ultra-wide lens. While the Pro variant may feature a Samsung HP3 camera sensor.

The Magic 6 Porsche Design edition features a rear camera setup with a 50MP OV50K main sensor, accompanied by a 50MP OV50M ultra-wide lens and a Samsung HP3 telephoto camera.
Rumors suggest the Magic 6 Pro and Porsche Design Samsung HP3 could have a 200MP camera. It also hints that the Pro model may opt for a modified 160-megapixel version.

Leaks also hint at a 5,450mAh battery for the Magic 6 and a larger 5,600mAh battery for the Magic 6 Pro and Porsche Design. Reports suggest the Magic 6 might support 66W fast charging. While the other two could offer 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The entire series is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
