Confirmation: Honor X50 GT to feature Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC

Honor is going to reveal the Honor X50 GT in China on Jan. 4, marking the second GT-series phone after the Honor 90 GT. Yesterday, the brand confirmed the design, configurations, and color options, and today, it unveiled the chipset that will power the device.

The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset will power the Honor X50 GT, delivering high performance, as officially announced by Honor. Honor GPU Turbo optimizes the phone for gaming, delivering an enhanced gaming experience. Honor emphasizes that the X50 GT outperforms the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, especially in gaming situations, achieving superior frame rates and maximizing the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 performance.
