HTC is a Taiwanese company founded in 1997 and were primarily designing and manufacturing laptops. Later, in the age of smartphones, HTC also decided to step-in to this ever-growing market. They were producing mostly windows phones at the beginning. It couldn’t bring them many sales comparing to the huge Android market. They did make few Android devices, and the first of them was the HTC Dream released in September 2008. Later they have shifted completely to Android phones. The most popular HTC devices have been from the HTC One series. HTC One (M7) released in 2013, was one of the most successful smartphones from this company in their early stage. From this time, they started to get more recognition worldwide.
