A new Vivo phone appeared on China’s 3C certification site. Though its official name is unknown, its model number (V2314DA) hints at a link to the recently released iQOO Z8 (V2314A).
The key listing is the V2314DA’s charging speed—which is listed to support 120W fast charging, just like the iQOO Z8. This suggests a new version or an addition to the Z8 series.
In August 2023, the iQOO Z8 launched with a 6.64-inch display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate for seamless visuals. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, accompanied by 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The VC cooling chamber efficiently manages heat for intense gaming sessions.
The phone boasts a quick-charging 5,000mAh battery, thanks to its 120W fast charging technology. It operates on OriginOS 3, built on Android 13. In terms of cameras, the iQOO Z8 features a 64MP main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 2MP depth unit at the back. For selfies, there’s a 16MP front camera in the punch-hole cutout. Connectivity options comprise 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB-C port.
