OnePlus Ace3 launched in China with SD 8 Gen 2, 12GB RAM, and 100W SuperVOOC fast-charging
Introducing the long-awaited OnePlus Ace 3, the initial device of 2024. Unveiled at a special event in China, it follows up on the Ace 2 with significant spec enhancements and a storage boost of up to 1TB.
OnePlus maintained the design from the OnePlus 11, featuring an aluminum frame and frosted glass back with a circular camera island seamlessly integrated into the side frame. The Ace 3 includes a distinctive three-stage alert slider.

The OnePlus Ace 3 features curved 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED with 1,240 x 2,772px resolution and a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and up to 1,600 nits brightness in Auto mode and up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The Ace 3 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and paired up with 12/16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on ColorOS 14 based on Android 14.
On the back, it features dual cameras – a 50MP Sony IMX890 main cam with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens a 2MP macro cam, and an LED flash. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera on a punch-hole cutout. A 5,500mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging support boasts it.
The OnePlus Ace 3 is available in black, blue, and rose gold. In China, it starts at CNY 2,599 ($365) for the 12/256GB variant and goes up to CNY 3,499 ($493) for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage version. It will be available for purchase in China starting January 15.
