As you can see, the Nord 3 displayed here in two colors: the now-trademark OnePlus blue/green/teal color. It has a more traditional-looking dark gray/black. According to rumors, the Nord 3 will only be the OnePlus Ace 2V, which became legally available in China in March.

On top of Android 13 will be OxygenOS 13. Due to an ongoing patent battle between parent firm Oppo and Nokia. The OnePlus Nord 3 won’t be available in Germany. Still, it should released in other European nations “in the coming days,” according to the typically trustworthy source of this leak.
