The leaked picture displays three Xiaomi 13 Ultra configurations: 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. These versions cost 6,299 Yuan (~$916), 6,799 (~$990), and 7,499 (~$1,090). These are unofficial pricing.
Digital Chat Station previously leaked that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s top model would feature 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. This model’s pricing is unknown. According to the leak, the 16GB+1TB model may cost 7,999 Yuan (~$1,163).

Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a 120Hz-refreshed 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED LTPO Quad HD+ display. It will run Android 13 with MIUI 14 on an under-display fingerprint scanner. The 13 Ultra has a 4,900mAh battery, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage. 90W wired and 50W wireless charging are possible. 32-megapixel front and four 50-megapixel back cameras. The primary camera will feature a 1-inch Sony IMX989 lens, while the others will use IMX858 lenses.
