Samsung Galaxy S22 will only support 25W charging, 45W for it’s bigger
Samsung Galaxy S22 will only support 25W charging, 45W for it’s bigger. The most famous leak confirmed that both the Galaxy S22+ and S22 Ultra would support fast 45W charging. There was some hope for a vanilla Galaxy S22, but that hope has been shattered due to Nieuwe Mobiel.
Its vanilla S22 will have the same 25W level as its predecessor and require 70 minutes to recharge its battery of 3,700 mAh (300 more mAh less than its predecessor, the S21). Its successor, the S21+, will be able to charge using the 45W charger and be capable of topping up its battery of 4,500 mAh in just 60 minutes.

Our tests on the S21 revealed that it requires 72 minutes to complete a charge. The S21+ was able to charge in just 72 minutes. It is important to note that the S22 phones won’t include a charger, so you’ll need to bring the charger you already have or buy another. Samsung will launch its Galaxy S22 series on February 9th. However, there is a possibility of an interruption in the public sales for the Galaxy S22 and S22+.
